At Necesidades Básicas, our mission is to provide hope, stability, and essential resources to children in Ciudad Juarez. We believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive, even in challenging circumstances.
As an intermediary organization, we connect generous donors and supporters with albergues (shelters) dedicated to caring for these vulnerable children. Through our partnerships, we help ensure that each albergue has the funding, supplies, and support they need to create a welcoming space filled with love, safety, and opportunity.

Nutritional Support
Every child deserves access to nutritious meals that support their growth and development. We work with albergues to provide essential food supplies that ensure balanced, healthy diets for the children. Our support helps create a foundation of physical well-being, giving each child the energy to thrive.
Shelter & Safety
We help albergues create secure, stable environments for children in areas where safety is a concern. By upgrading facilities and providing essential resources, we ensure each child has a safe space to call home. These improvements help each shelter offer a true haven for growth and healing.
Clothing & Basic Needs
We supply children with essential items like clothing, hygiene products, and personal care items to support their dignity and well-being. Many children arrive with few possessions, so providing these basics helps them feel comfortable and cared for. Our ongoing support ensures that no child has to go without these necessities.
Educational Support
We believe education is key to a brighter future, so we ensure children have all the materials they need for school. This includes textbooks, notebooks, and supplies, along with tutoring and transportation support. By removing educational barriers, we help each child stay on track and succeed academically.
Recreational Activities
